Dj Massive has been part of the electronic underground dance scene on and off since the 90's, he started of his love of music in the Jungle Drum & Bass genres, at 15 he found himself fortunate enough to get his first break working in Camden’s infamous Deep Freeze Records based on the Camden Road.
It was here he developed his skills and knowledge of the music industry, it wasn’t long until he was playing residencies across London and touring with a known Drum & Bass crew doing shows all over the UK back then Massive went by another alias which is buried in the past.
The re-creation and change of name comes from the willingness to change focusing on being the box maker and not the box or what’s inside the box, whether its Drum & Bass, Dubstep Electro Garage or Funky you are guaranteed a show of energy, non-stop vibes to tear any club down the way it should be done Massive’s style is identical to none.
Over the years Massive has worked with some of the biggest names in the game from studio work to live shows, he has taught his own knowledge to others around him and has helped them become Dj’s holding residencies and Artists with releases to their names. It’s time to continue these efforts and spread the love of music and good vibes that it brings.

DJ & MC COMPETITION
Dj Massive is trying to bring up and coming talent into the industry with a view of building a team of Dj's & Mc's for regular event work throughout the UK and Europe. The winners of this competition will win a residency place on the forthcoming tour this summer and also be given the opportunity to record their own music with Dj Massive for future release.
The style of music for this competition will need to be Dubstep, Electro or Drum & Bass, contestants will be judged on ability track selection and the vibe from the overall set, Dj and Mc combos welcome or single Dj and Mc entrants. The amount of plays you get for your entry will show us how many supporters you may have but the overall winners will not be picked on this alone, every entry will be listened to and judged on its quality.
HOW TO ENTER
Create your mix and upload it to the internet using Soundcloud.com tag your upload as Dj Massive On Tour Comp (this is important) followed by your Dj or Mc name. Once this has been uploaded email the link to djmccompetition@djmassive.net.
CLOSING DATE
All entries must be in by April 22nd 2013 those who have entered the competIttion will be notified of there acceptance via email, Mixes will then be uploaded to this site for the public to view and listen to. 3 genres 6 winners good luck and get those entries in.
